Meeting Ground Volunteer Needs:

Help Wanted Immediately!
Meeting Ground has rewarding volunteer opportunities for people of all ages who are interested in working with those who are struggling with homelessness. Some current needs are:

Clairvaux Farm-Earleville, MD

Office/Administrative:
1. Evening supervisor (One night per week)
2. Help prepare bi-monthly newsletter Loaves and Fishes for mailing. (6 times/yr.)
3. Photocopying, filing for Program (2 days/mo.)
4. Help with taking Kitchen/Household Inventory (weekly)

Driving:
1. Drive 15 passenger van to Elkton Monday or Thursday mornings.
2. Drive residents to in-county medical/employment appointments. (on-call basis)

Shopping:
•Help with weekly Grocery Shopping &/or Food Bank pick-ups

Educational/Child Care (Ideal would be weekly or bi-weekly)
1. Teach Parenting Classes (Materials provided)
2. Teach a Basic Personal Finance Class
3. Teach Nutritional or Cooking Classes
4. Child Care Thursday nights (6-7 p.m.)

Recreational (One-time or monthly)
1. Teach any type of Arts & Crafts classes
2. Lead Bingo games with residents
3. Put on a musical concert for residents
4. Field Trips for children
