Helping people in our community find what they need...
Meeting Ground serves our community by providing food baskets, clothing, and household goods to persons in need. Donations of non-perishable food helps stock our food closets and donatoins of new or gently used clothing and houshold goods are always needed.
Food Closets
Food for persons who are hungry in our community
Food Closets at Wayfarers' House and Clairvaux Farm serve those who are hungry in the Cecil County community. With growing numbers of hungry people, these closets are critical parts of the safety net in our community.
Ways to Help
- Assist in distributing food/goods
- Stock and organize donations for food closet
- Donate non perishable food

Day Program Lunch
Lunch served Mondays — Thursdays
The Day Program Lunch provides a hot lunch to anyone who is hungry, Monday through Thursdays, at the Settlement House.

Breakfast at Mary Randall
Breakfast and snacks served Monday — Friday
We also provide meals, breakfast, and snack foods to anyone who is hungry, Monday through Fridays, at the Mary Randall Center. For Friday meals, we partner with the Elkton Community Kitchen.
Ways to Help
- Cook, serve and clean up from hot breakfasts
- Donate coffee, creamer, sugar, fruit, cereal, bottled water.
- Donate healthy snack foods and fresh fruit
